Who is the PBCAT Subscription ideal for?
The PBCAT subscription is ideal for cat owners who want to ensure their litter supply is replenished every 30 days with savings, convenience, and exclusivity.
How many sand packs can I subscribe to?
You can compose each signature with up to 7 sand packages.
I want to compose my subscription with fine sand and mixed sand packages, how do I do that?
It's simple! Just add the desired items to your cart, selecting "subscribe and save". When you complete your purchase, your subscription will include all items added to the cart.
What are the conditions for free shipping with a subscription?
* FREE SHIPPING: when subscribing to 2 or more PBCAT packages, for SP, PR, SC and RS
* FLAT RATE SHIPPING R$15.00: when subscribing to 2 or more PBCAT packages, for RJ, MG, DF
Can I change my subscription?
Yes! It is possible to schedule changes by adding or removing products for the next box up to 3 days before payment and shipment.
How is payment made, and do I need to pay any membership fees?
With a PBCAT subscription, you only pay for the discounted product, with no additional fees. The first payment occurs at the time of subscription, and subsequent payments are made automatically every 30 days. The amount is paid via the registered credit card.
Is my subscription fee fixed?
The price of the products included in the subscription may be readjusted, while respecting the discount conditions of the plans. Please remember that when adding or removing items during the month, the charge will be adjusted according to the configuration made.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
According to the cooling-off policy, it is possible to request the cancellation of the subscription within 7 calendar days after receiving the first box. The product must show no signs of use and must be returned for the cancellation to be processed free of charge.
Can I change the shipping address or pause the subscription?
Yes, you can change your address temporarily (e.g., if you're traveling) or permanently.
Additionally, you can pause your subscription up to two times for one month each. For both situations, the customer must contact PBCAT through our official channels and submit the request up to 3 business days before shipment.
How long does my subscription last?
Your subscription is for life, meaning the purchase will be repeated every month. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Do subscription discounts combine with other promotions and discount coupons?
PBCAT promotions are not cumulative. Therefore, it is not possible to apply additional discount coupons to subscriptions. However, we will always ensure that the greatest discount and benefit is offered to our subscribers.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
You will receive a confirmation email whenever a new order from your subscription is processed and another email with your tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.
All upcoming order dates will also be available in your subscription profile.
